Signs of an abused child

A student always alone could be a sign that the he/she is going through abuse. Teachers and those that handle children in school need to be aware of this. A child who is happy will carry a bright countenance and always want to associate in a happy mood with peers and school activities. When a child/teenager begins to separate/withdraw strangely in school then there could be a problem and this must be handled on time by skilled teachers or child care officers before he/she goes into depression.

Every teacher and child care officer should be observant in handling their students so they can save a child going through abuse. Look out for students who are always alone, withdrawn and unhappy. When you spot such students do your best to find out the challenge and solve it on time or reach out to trained officials who can help the student.
