Child abuse can also be defined as when someone uses children for a tool for begging on the street exposing them to unreasonable and dangerous men and women who can harm them.

It is dangerous to allow children beg strangers on the street. They could be kidnapped and assaulted. It is also risky for parents/guardians to send children to hawk on the street. Anything could happen to them.
